“Since 1924… In love with quality”, this is the slogan of a successful advertising campaign by Balma, Capoduri & C., a Company which has aimed at the highest quality standard since 1924, the date of its foundation, and is still nowadays strictly faithful to its original industrial vocation.
\nPassion for manufacturing, innovation, efficiency, \u201cmade in Italy\u201d, social responsibility, respect for the environment… these values have always been reference points of our Company culture, in order to create products that give a concrete contribution to the improvement in the quality of life and of work.

SOCIAL RESPONSABILITY<\/h2>\n

In our Company the activities of prevention and protection include the risks assessment and the study of the relevant actions to be taken for improvement, along with the activity of training and information for all our staff.
\nOur production departments and our offices have undergone many deep transformations over the years, aimed at creating a serene and productive working environment. Our plants are daily run with an efficient use of energy and of the materials, with the aim to reduce the environmental impact, the wastes and rubbish.
\nWe are now working to adopt a safety system in conformity with the BSOHSAS 18001:2007 regulation.
\nThe ZENITH Golden Badge is maybe \u2013 among the many meeting occasions \u2013 the most important one, as it gathers all the protagonists of our Company life, along with external collaborators, Customers and suppliers. ZENITH GOLDEN BADGE<\/h1>\n

The “ZENITH GOLDEN BADGE” is conferred by Balma, Capoduri & C. spa as a seniority prize to its workers and cooperators who proved loyalty, correctitude and high sense of duty.
\nThe price, which is a golden reproduction of the “ZENITH” trademark, is reserved for those who have been working in the Company for 25 years.
\nOn the other hand, people who have been working in the Company for 40 years receive the “ZENITH GOLDEN BADGE WITH DIAMOND”.<\/p>\n

Since 1982, Balma, Capoduri & C. has established the prize “FRIENDS OF THE ZENITH GOLDEN BADGE”, for the Customers and Suppliers of the Company, with whom there are kind relationships of correctitude and esteem. The medal “FRIENDS OF THE ZENITH GOLDEN BADGE” is given during the same celebration as the “ZENITH GOLDEN BADGE”.<\/p>\n

The party has taken place for many years now during the late spring, in the agreeable frame of S. Gaudenzio Castle, in Cervesina (PV), near Voghera. During the years, the “ZENITH GOLDEN BADGE” celebration has become an occasion to meet people from Italy and abroad working in the Stationery world.<\/p>\n
