Information document according to article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter, “Regulation”) –  given to the users/visitors who use the web services of Balma, Capoduri & C. s.p.a. with its seat in Voghera (PV), Via Thomas A. Edison, 4 (hereinafter, “the Company”), through the domains:
www.balmacapoduri.it (www.zenithbc.com) – www.zenith.it – www.coccoina.it (hereinafter, the “Websites”)

As required by the law, this information document about Privacy also states:

  • the nature of the personal data;
  • the purposes and meansof the processing of personal data;
  • the identity and the contact details of the data controller and responsible Company for data processing;
  • third parties, if any, involved in the data processing;
  • the storage period of personal data;
  • the security measures adopted to protect the personal data;
  • the rights to privacy of data subjects.

The information provided only applies to our Websites and does not concern any Website or platform to which the Websites might connect.
The information does not concern any websites that may be visited by an user/visitor through links present in the Websites.

COMPANY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DATA PROCESSING
The Company ICS COMUNICAZIONE SRL has been designed as responsible for the data processing according to Article No. 28 of the Regulation, as it is in charge of the technical managing of the Websites (“Hosting” service).

PLACE WHERE DATA ARE PROCESSED
The processing operations related to the Websites are made in the Company seat and in the seat of the Company ICS COMUNICAZIONE SRL, and are carried out only by staff in charge of said processing.
In case of need, the data connected to the service “contact us” can be processed by the staff of the Company ICS COMUNICAZIONE SRL, which is in charge of the technical managing of the Websites (“Hosting” service).

PURPOSES, CATEGORIES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING
The information systems and software procedures relied upon to operate the Websites acquire personal data as part of their standard functioning; the transmission of such data is an inherent feature of Internet communication protocols.
Such information is not collected in order to relate it to identified data subjects, however it might allow user/visitor identification after being processed and matched with data held by third parties.
This data category includes IP addresses and/or the domain names of the computers used by any user/visitor connecting with the Websites, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of such requests, the method used for submitting a given request to the server, returned file size, a numerical code relating to server response status (successfully performed, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user’s/visitor’s operating system and computer environment.
These data are only used to extract anonymous statistical information on the Websites use as well as to check their functioning. The data might be used to establish liability in case computer crimes are committed against the Websites.

Data Provided Voluntarily by Users/Visitors
Sending e-mail messages to the Company address or other messages using the service “contact us” present on the Websites is optional, explicit and voluntary and it entails acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary in order to reply to any request, as well as of such additional personal data as is contained in the message(s).
Specific summary information notices will be shown and/or displayed on the Websites pages that are used for providing services on demand.

Legal basis for data processing
The data processing for the above mentioned purposes has its legal basis in art. 6 paragraph 1 letter a (consent), letter b (fulfilment of pre-contractual and contractual obligations), letter c (compliance with legal obligation), letter f (legitimate interests) of the Regulation.

Minors
The Company invites the parents and all those who look after minors to instruct them on how to process personal data on Internet in a safe and responsible way. Minors must not transmit personal data to the Websites without the consent of their parents or tutors. The Company engages not to gather minors’ personal data on purpose, not to use them in any way and not to communicate them to third parties.

Cookies
No personal data concerning users/visitors are acquired by the Websites in this regard.
No cookies are used to transmit personal information, nor are persistent cookies or user/visitor tracking systems implemented.
Use of the session cookies – which are not stored permanently on the user’s/visitor’s computer and disappear upon closing the browser – is exclusively limited to the transmission of session ID’s – consisting of server-generated casual numbers – as necessary to allow secure, effective navigation.
The session cookies used by the Websites make it unnecessary to implement other computer techniques that are potentially detrimental to the confidentiality of user/visitor navigation, whilst they do not allow acquiring the user’s/visitor’s personal identification data.
The data disclosed and processed in relation to the Websites are not forwarded to third parties or transmitted in any way, unless in the following cases: personal data provided by users/visitors who send request and/or computer material (files, pictures etc.) in order to receive commercial and technical information, concerning the products or the activities of the Company, are used to the only purpose of giving the required service and are communicated to third parties only when this is necessary to this purpose.

Subject to the specifications made with regard to navigation data, users/visitors are free to provide the personal data in order to use the service “contact us”, to receive communications, commercial and technical information about the products or the activities of the Company.
Failure to provide such data may entail the failure to be provided with the services requested.

PROCESSING ARRANGEMENTS AND STORAGE PERIOD
Personal data are processed with automated means for no longer than is necessary to give the users and the customers the required services or to fulfil the legal and fiscal obligations or for the minimum period required by the law. Specific security measures are implemented to prevent the data from being lost, used unlawfully and/or inappropriately, and accessed without authorisation.

  • obtain the rectification or the completion of their personal data if imprecise or incomplete;
  • obtain the erasure of their personal data;
  • under specific conditions, obtain the restriction or erasure of their personal data;
  • receive and re-use their personal data for their own purposes with other services when the processing is based on a contract or on consent and is carried out by automated means (“right to data portability”);
  • under specific conditions, object to the processing of their personal data;
  • lodge a complaint about the collection and the processing of their personal data with the competent supervisory authority;
  • withdraw consent to the processing of their personal data at any time.
