Quality and innovation, our staple features
The staples department, the heart of the Company, houses over 150 automatic production machines conceived, designed and manufactured in-house.
These are machines which work with one wire at a time, and grind each staple in the first part of the sliding guide to ensure better penetration when stapling.
The wire is cut and bent and only after this, staples are glued together, they are dried and they are cut into blocks of the desired length (50 staples each).
The emissions of all the machines are conveyed to a regenerative thermal purifier which guarantees compliance with the legal limits by a wide margin.
The staples department also includes the packaging procedures of the staples with automatic electro-pneumatic machines, these too manufactured by us. The system adopted has made it possible to maintain the original packaging (drawer with band) and allows the control of the quality and size of the staples by the operator.
